GEOFFREY L. HOFFMAN, DDS
A fourth generation North Denverite, Dr. Hoffman attended North High, the Colorado School of Mines, and the University of Colorado. In 1971, he graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry. He has two children and six grandchildren. A lover of the outdoors, he is an avid skier, mountain climber, fisherman, bicyclist, and sailor.
Dr. Hoffman founded the North Washington Dental Group in 1971 and passionately loves dentistry and his family of patients. Active for over 30 years in the community, he has been involved with Adams Twelve Five Star Schools Education Foundation, the Metro North Chamber of Commerce, and many sports clubs. He volunteers extensively with the Global Humanitarian Dental Outreach.
Dr. Hoffman enjoys all facets of family dentistry while focusing on preventive and cosmetic restoration.

JOHN E. PUCHALSKI, DDS
Born and raised in Oak Park, Illinois, Dr. Puchalski completed his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating from the University of Illinois School of Dentistry in 1977, he moved to Colorado. He joined the North Washington Dental Group in 1979.
Dr. Puchalski's affiliations include the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, and the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society. As the father of Drew, he is a past scout leader and little league coach. His hobbies include softball, hiking, scuba diving, and music.

CHRISTOPHER N. DUNN, DDS
Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Dunn received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado in 1986 and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 1990. He joined the North Washington Dental Group in 1991.
Dr. Dunn's many affiliations include the American Dental Association, the Colorado Dental Association, the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, and the University of Colorado Alumni Association. He performs all aspects of general dentistry, including cosmetics, endodontics (root canals), and oral surgery (including wisdom teeth extractions).
Dr. Dunn was voted one of America's Top Dentists in 2004, 2005, and 2006, and does volunteer work for Kids in Need of Dentistry and the National Foundation of Dentistry for the Handicapped.

STEPHEN R. HUMPHREY, DDS
Also a native Denverite, Dr. Humphrey completed his Bachelor of Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Medical Center School of Dentistry in 1984 and began his practice in Burlington, Colorado. He owned a solo practice there until 2002, when he joined the North Washington Dental Group. As an expert in implant prosthetics, he has brought the added dimension of implant dentistry to our practice.
Dr. Humphrey did a year-long preceptorship at St. Joseph Hospital and Children's Hospital, and in 1990 received a Fellowship in Hospital Dentistry. In 1999, he earned a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Colorado Dental Association, Metropolitan Denver Dental Society, Academy of General Dentists, and the American Association of Hospital Dentists.
Dr. Humphrey has two children and enjoys involvement in their many activities. He spends his free time swimming and competing with the Colorado Masters Swimming Association.
